RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated below, you may request a return within 14 days after the last item in your order has been delivered.
Returned items must be the same item originally shipped by us and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all accessories, boxes, tags, certificates and other included items.
Because many of our products are vintage or pre-owned, minor signs of age or previous use that were disclosed in the product description or photographs are not considered defects.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, sizing or the exercise of the EU right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Please use a tracked and fully insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, materially different from the description or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us promptly. If the return is approved as our responsibility, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
RETURN INSPECTION
All returned items are inspected after arrival.
The item, identifying characteristics, security tags, serial numbers and included accessories must match the item originally shipped by us.
We may refuse a refund if a different item is returned, if parts or accessories are missing, or if the item has been altered, used, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. For EU customers, any deduction for diminished value will be made only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the refund after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
For change-of-mind returns outside the European Union, original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other government charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error.
CANCELLATIONS
An order may be cancelled through your customer account before it has been shipped.
Once an item has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without providing a reason within 14 days after the last item in your order has been delivered.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days after notifying us. The direct cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We will refund eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges resulting from your choice of expedited or premium delivery will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide evidence that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
The EU right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including customized or personalized goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable EU law.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Customs duties, import taxes and other charges collected by customs authorities are separate from your payment to us and cannot normally be refunded by us. Please contact the relevant customs authority regarding any possible refund.
Refusing to pay customs duties or refusing delivery does not constitute an approved cancellation or return request. If an item is returned to us because customs charges were not paid or delivery was refused, no refund will be issued.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns may be refused for:
• Customized or personalized items
• Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal has been removed
• Items specifically identified as non-returnable where such an exclusion is permitted by applicable law
• Any item other than the original item shipped by us
Statutory consumer rights, including applicable EU rights, take priority over any conflicting exclusion.
