Currently we ship via FedEx or DHL from Japan.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact me within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition & packaging for a full refund less all shipping costs.

import duty is imposed on ordered items. Please be advised that customs for products are the responsibility of the customer. (Customs are decided by the custom authority. Please ask the custom authority for custom amount and other questions.)

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packages shipped from Japan usually reach their destination quickly but please allow 4-7 days.

If the buyer refuses to pay the customs duties or refuses customs clearance and the package is returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund. This is because the return shipping cost and the unpaid customs duties will be charged to us by the shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx).
