Return/ Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us within a week of receiving the item to let us know you are returning it for a refund. We will provide you with return shipping instructions via email. As long as we receive the item in its original condition within 30 days, we will refund your full payment, including your original shipping cost.
EXCHANGE / REFUND GUIDELINE
File your return claim with our Support Team at email@example.com within 14 days from the Delivered Date. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept any exchange or return for earrings. Similarly, we refused to accept any exchange or refund for rings because of sizing issues. Should you have any concerns about choosing your appropriate ring size, we are always happy to discuss or to help you on this. Claims submitted later than the indicated period will not be accepted. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your Paypal account.
